The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DID Global services, website, solutions, products and other software provided by Did Global Ltd, whose principal place of business is at 3RD FLOOR SUITE 207 REGENT STREET LONDON ENGLAND W1B3HH (the "Company", "We" or "Us", or otherwise, as the context requires).The Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone else who accesses DID Global (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Client" or "User", or otherwise, as the context requires). If you are an agent or employee of a user, you personally represent and warrant to DID Global that you are authorized to represent that party and to perform the duties and/or exercise the rights under the Terms.Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree that the Terms may be modified by the Company from time to time by posting a new text at: https://didglobal.biz (the "Website") at its sole discretion. The information and materials, including, but not limited to, HTML, text, audio, music, video, photos, graphics, messages, tags, interactive features, press releases, datasets, software, code, scripts, instructions and other content available on the Website (collectively, the "Company IP") are the copyright of the Company, and the Company retains all intellectual property rights in the Company IP.
1.2. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, any use of the Company's IP may violate copyright and/or other laws.
1.3. The User grants the Company a limited, free, non-exclusive license to use trademarks (signs), trade names, logos and URLs of the User's Website, brief information about the User's professional activities for:

• placement in the Company's promotional materials;

2.1. 2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all login IDs, passwords and other means of access to the Service in your possession from unauthorized use. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of the User's account.
2.4. You agree not to use or allow the use of the Service directly or indirectly for:
2.4.1. uploading or distributing computer viruses, worms, trojans, malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
2.4.2. Violation of intellectual property rights or misappropriation of commercial confidential information of any third party; or
2.4.3. Conducting any business or operation in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse to use the Service without any compensation or refunds to anyone who supports aggression against Ukraine (including by paying taxes, fees, other payments in favor of the aggressor country) or is related to the business of the aggressor country and countries supporting aggression against Ukraine.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES AND/OR THE SERVICE AND/OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR APPLICATIONS INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE, AND YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE IS EXPRESSLY AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DID GLOBAL WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT USE OF DID GLOBAL OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT, SEARCHES, OR LINKS THEREIN WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. DID GLOBAL IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE". WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF DID GLOBAL, INCLUDING DAMAGES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL) OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims and/or demands from third parties, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands made against any of the foregoing parties based on: (a) any breach of these Terms by you or anyone using the Service using your login credentials; (b) any violation of law or the rights of third parties in connection with your use of the Service.
5.1. The right to access and use the Service shall be immediately terminated upon your violation of any provisions of the Terms.
5.2. If any part or any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such a finding shall not invalidate the remaining provisions and they shall continue in full force and effect.
5.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
